Free Consultation & Estimate
We review your plans, visit the site, and provide a detailed, no-obligation written estimate. We'll walk through material specs, layout options, and timeline so you know exactly what to expect before work begins.
Layout & Snap Lines
Our crew marks out all wall locations on the floor and ceiling using chalk lines and laser levels. Precise layout is the foundation of straight, plumb walls — we take the time to get it right from the start.
Track Installation
Floor and ceiling tracks are cut to length, positioned on the snap lines, and fastened securely. Tracks anchor the entire wall assembly and must be perfectly aligned to ensure studs stand plumb.
Stud Installation & Blocking
Metal studs are cut and set at the specified spacing (typically 16" or 24" on center). We install all necessary blocking, headers above openings, and extra studs at door frames and corners to ensure structural integrity.
Bracing & Coordination
For taller or longer walls, lateral bracing and kickers are installed to prevent racking. We also coordinate with plumbing, electrical, and mechanical trades to ensure their rough-in can be completed before drywall.
Final Inspection & Handoff
We walk the project with you and the general contractor to confirm every wall is plumb, every opening is correct, and the framing is ready for the next trade. The job site is left clean and organized.
